We begin with a personalized orientation call to learn about you, your goals, and your unique challenges.
2.5 DAY WORKSHOP
We host a two-and-a-half-day workshop at Compass HQ in Atlanta, GA. This is a highly interactive and productive experience, designed to help you expand your perspective and build an actionable plan.
STRATEGY SESSION
Post Culture Academy, a Culture Advisor will meet with you to review your plan and provide support.
